This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a. Issue a writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, thereby directing the Respondents to rectify the erroneous result and forthwith issue to the petitioner the Bachelor of Arts (Programme)/OMSP degree, marksheet and all other related documents for programme code 501, by acknowledging the valid Statement of Marks/Grades dated 30.03.2024 bearing Bar Code No.

1153194_172_SAM (Annexure F);

b. Issue appropriate writ/order/directions in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to declare the subsequent Statement of Marks/Grades dated 14.01.2025 bearing Bar Code No. 1153194__SAM (Annexure G) as null and void;

c. Issue appropriate writ/order/directions in the nature of mandamus and direct the Respondents to pay the cost of this petition to the petitioner;
