Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant who is present in Court and duly identified by the I.O., submits that the appellant, having undergone his entire sentence, does not wish to press the present appeal on merits. The appellant's gate pass has been handed over and is taken on record.

As per the appellant's latest nominal roll on record dated 08.09.2025, the appellant completed his substantive sentence on 18.12.2021, paid the fine amount at jail vide receipt no. 5935 dated 17.12.2022, and was subsequently released from jail after securing bail in an unconnected matter. 3.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed.
