The present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks interim bail for 8 weeks in FIR No. 426/2017 registered under Sections 392/397/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at P.S. Paschim Vihar. diagnosed with a severe knee injury (Grade III Meniscus Tear), for which a surgery is scheduled at VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital on 14th October, 2025.

The Applicant was earlier granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 1st September, 2025, for a period of three weeks in BAIL APPLN. 2927/2025. By way of the present application, he seeks an extension of the said interim bail. Reliance is placed on medical records issued by VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, which indicate that the Applicant has been advised to get admitted on 13th October, 2025, with the surgery scheduled for 14th October, 2025.

In view of the Applicant's medical condition and the impending surgery, the interim bail granted earlier is extended till 17th October, 2025, on the same terms and conditions as set out in the order dated 1st September, 2025, in BAIL APPLN. 2927/2025.

With the above directions the application is disposed of, along with pending application.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent, for necessary information and compliance.
