The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to set aside the Order dated 28.08.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, New Delhi, in I.A. No. 450 of 2025, in the Transfer Application No. 456 of 2022, titled Punjab and Sind Bank vs. Yash Deep Sharma & Ors. 2.

It is admitted that the appeal filed by the Petitioner before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) against the Order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-III on 28.08.2025 is currently pending adjudication.

Hence, the Petitioner, if so advised, may file appropriate application before DRAT.
