C.R.P. 55/2017 & CM No.8871/2017(stay) After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appeal would lie against the impugned order passing a decree of eviction/possession against the petitioner and he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal as per law. Granting leave and liberty as prayed for, the petition and all the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to the petitioner on filing of the photocopy of the same on record. Dasti.
