Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 0156/2016 registered under Sections 323/354/354A/509 IPC at P.S. Inderpuri.

The Complainant is none other than the daughter of the Petitioner, who has made allegations that her modesty being outraged. 3.

Considering the relationship between the Prosecutrix and the Petitioner, it is considered not a fit case for quashing. Hence, present Petition alongwith pending Applications, stands dismissed.
