The Plaintiff has filed the present Suit seeking permanent injunction against the Defendants from manufacturing, importing, advertising, offering for sale and selling "Seasons" chandeliers collection, more particularly the Fall chandelier ("Impugned Chandelier"). The Plaintiff also sought damages for loss caused to its brand value and reputation because of the actions of the Defendants by using the Impugned Chandelier in social media posts and website content in print or digital form. 2.

The present Suit was filed on 15.07.2025. The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that after filing of the Suit, the Plaintiff noticed that Defendants have already removed the infringing posts / listing from its website as well as from the social media platforms. 3.

In view of the changed circumstances, the learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the Plaintiff does not wish to proceed with the present Suit. He further submits that the present Suit can be disposed of reserving The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the right of the Plaintiff to file a fresh Suit, if there is a fresh cause of action for seeking the reliefs as prayed for in the present Suit, against the Defendants.

In view of the above, the present Suit and the pending Applications are disposed of.

This is an Application filed by the Plaintiff under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for seeking refund of the Court Fees. 6.

Considering that the matter has been disposed of at an initial stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the Plaintiff in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.

The Application stands disposed of.
