This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of mandate of three-member Arbitral Tribunal. It is stated that the award has been reserved by the Arbitral Tribunal and since the mandate is expiring on 15.10.2025, the same be extended so that the award can be pronounced within the extended period.

Mr. Yash Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal. 6.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 03 months from 16.10.2025. 7.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
