The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondent be directed to inform the petitioner as to whether there exists any Look Out Circular (LOC) against the Petitioner. 4.

Considering the limited relief sought by the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent / Bureau of Immigration to intimate to the petitioner, as to whether there is any subsisting LOC qua the petitioner.

Let the same be done expeditiously and preferably within 10 days from today.
