Learned APP for the State submits that the applicant has not disclosed the factum of dismissal of his earlier bail application by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 14.08.2024. He further submits that there is no change in circumstances since then.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that after the dismissal of the bail application, the Trial Court has framed charges. 3.

Considering the fact that the applicant's earlier bail application was dismissed as recently as on 14.08.2024, no ground to entertain the present bail application is made out.

The bail application is accordingly dismissed alongwith pending applications.
