% 15.04.2025 The matter has been taken up today as 14th April, 2025 was declared as a holiday on account of the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application by submitting that all the witnesses apart from the one witness, i.e., main Investigating Officer (IO) remains to be examined and he be granted liberty to move a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court.
