O R D E R

% 02.07.2026 1.

Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

2.

This Appeal challenges the order dated 09.09.2025 passed by learned Single Judge, whereby Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 were directed to be permitted to appear in the supplementary examination of BDS Part-III. 3.

The reason why Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 were not being initially allowed to appear in the said examination was that there was shortage of attendance to their credit and, accordingly, when the instant Appeal was entertained by the Court, an order was passed on 26.09.2025 providing therein, that the result of the supplementary examination will be kept in a sealed cover.

4.

We have been informed that for making good the deficiency arising out of shortage of attendance, the Appellant University permitted Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to take extra classes, where they appeared and the said deficiency has now been made good.

5.

Accordingly, no fruitful purpose would be served by carrying on the proceedings of the instant Appeal, which is hereby disposed of with a direction to the Appellant University to declare the result of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
