It is the claim of the petitioner that the articles which were seized by respondent no.1 under Section 19 of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 have not been released in its entirety.

He claims that certain articles are still with the respondent-MCD and are not released.

We permit the petitioner to approach the respondent-MCD with details of the articles which, in his view, are in the custody of the respondent.
