The petitioner highlights the alleged traffic mismanagement and illegal wrong-side driving at the intersection of Josip Broz Tito Marg and Siri Fort Road. The Petitioner seems to have made various representations to the Respondent No. 4-Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic). 2.

Respondents in their status report have brought on record certain steps which they have taken and have also undertaken to do the needful. The Court, however, finds that the issue requires consideration by the jurisdictional District Magistrate, who in turn, shall be at liberty to direct the inspection of the site and in addition, shall call the stakeholders to evolve a practical and pragmatic policy to ensure that there shall not be any public nuisance.

Let the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate, who shall visit the site or get an inspection done under Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Let the grievance of the petitioner be looked into with due expedition.

In case, the petitioner's grievance is not fully mitigated, it shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of.

All rights and contentions are left open and they shall be looked into by the concerned Magistrate.
