Sh. Raj Kumar Patel, Superintending Archeologist/respondent No.2 is present in person and submits that request for nomination has already been approved but the petitioners have not given the name of the nominee and, therefore, the matter is still pending with them. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would, accordingly, approach the office of the respondents within three days for the above said purpose.
