The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:

a. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/ order quashing the impugned recovery notice dated 09.09.2025 issued by Respondent No.1;

b. Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent EPFO, on an advance notice, has handed up in Court today, instructions with regard to grant of installment facility for liquidating arrears. A copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that in case the petitioner moves a representation in terms of aforesaid instructions, appropriate decision in accordance with law will be taken.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the EPFO, in terms of the aforesaid instructions with necessary prayers, and the same shall be considered in accordance with law, within a period of 3 weeks, by way of a speaking order. The petitioner is also at liberty to approach the concerned authorities for purposes of defreezing the bank account, as prayed for in the present petition. 7.
