% 12.07.2017 By the present application, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 62/2013 dated 14.03.2013 under Section 392/394/34 IPC, registered at PS-Mianwali Nagar, New Delhi.

The matter has been passed over twice since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present matter.
