The parties have settled the dispute amicably and this Court in CS (COMM) 994/2024 vide order dated 10.01.2025, disposed of the aforesaid civil suit in view of the settlement.

The parties, therefore, contend that they shall be bound by the settlement in CS (COMM) 994/2024. Ordered accordingly. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff prays for refund of the entire court fees.
