This execution petition is filed on behalf of Decree Holders for execution of Judgment/Decree dated 03.05.2024. 2.

During the pendency of the execution proceedings, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes and Settlement Agreement has been executed on 24.12.2025, incorporating the terms of settlement. Judgment Debtors have undertaken inter alia not to use the trademarks 'KARIM', 'KAREEM' and 'KARIM'S' or any other deceptively similar trademark in future. Parties have also agreed that the settlement is a full and final settlement between them and they shall have no claims or demands against each other. Copy of Settlement Agreement dated 24.12.2025 has been placed on record.

Court has perused the terms of settlements and finds the same to be lawful.
