After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that as many of the appellant's submissions made before the learned Single Judge have not been dealt with under the impugned order, the appellant will first move an application before the learned Single Judge with a prayer seeking modification of the impugned order. His plea being that the appellant's submissions, including those relating to the validity of the arbitration clause, though made before the learned Single Judge have not been recorded in the impugned order.
