% 27.02.2017 Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to refund the security deposit and licence fee deposited by the petitioner in terms of the Awards of the contracts for operation and management of on-board catering service in Train Nos. 1061-62, 2129-30, 1033-34, 1031-32, 2051-52, 2557-58, 3201-02, 2313-14, 2019-20 and 2423-24 amounting to Rs.73,35,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite various letters and reminders, the respondents have failed to refund the security deposit and the licence fee.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner's representations have not been disposed of till date. Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioner to file a fresh comprehensive representation

within a period of ten days. In the event the representation is filed within the stipulated period, IRCTC is directed to dispose of the same within a further period of four weeks by way of a reasoned order, in accordance with law.
