% 28.02.2017 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to refund the security fee deposited by the petitioner in terms of the Awards of the contracts for operation and management of on-board catering service in Train Nos. 2715-16, 2649-50 / 262930 amounting to Rs.11,50,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite various letters and reminders, the respondents have failed to refund the security deposits.
A perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner‟s representations have not been disposed of till date. Consequently, present writ petition and applications are disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh comprehensive representation within a period of ten days. In the event
the representation is filed within the stipulated period, IRCTC is directed to dispose of the same within a further period of four weeks by way of a reasoned order, in accordance with law. MANMOHAN, J FEBRUARY 28, 2017 NG
