Counsel for the respondent-North Delhi Municipal Corporation seeks to place on record the status report. It is taken on record.

Instant petition came to be filed for the alleged unauthorized construction in properties bearing nos. 500-501, Katra Asharfi, Chandni Chowk, Delhi and 1050, Gali Heera Nand, Chandni Chowk, Delhi in between Katra Asharfi and Gali Hira Nand, Chandni Chowk, Delhi.

Though, none appears for the petitioner, ld. Counsel for the

intervener Girdhari Lal Tewari and Jai Kumar Jain, who have preferred an application being & CM APPL. No. 15068/2017 to be impleaded in the instant proceedings concedes that the appeals have come to be filed and stay granted by AT, MCD against demolition as also the sealing order.

In view of the action taken, nothing survives in the petition and the same is disposed off accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed off accordingly. As prayed, liberty is reserved to the intervener Girdhari Lal Tewari and Jai Kumar Jain to place before AT, MCD such documents etc., as may be relevant to the appeals that are said to have been preferred and pending before AT, MCD.
