% 19.02.2016 It is seen from the record that the present counter claim is valued at Rs.130/- (Suit is already rejected on 17.07.2014) hence liable to be transferred.

Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that suit property is situated at Sunder Nagar, which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-East, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 25.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
