2. This writ petition has been all along listed with WP (C) 4572/2007 in which all the orders for the further implementation of the judgment of this Court dated 10th February 2010 in the said writ petition have been passed from time to time.

3. The Court finds that apart from the fact that no one has actually been W. P. (C) 8580 of 2009 Page 1 of 2

representing the present Petitioner, the subject matter of the present petition already stands addressed in the other pending petition, i.e. WP(C) No. 4572/2007. There is no need to multiply the petitions for that purpose.
