% 18.05.2016 Mr.Vivek B.Saharya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the respondent-State Government has taken a decision to close the Creches. He however prays that till the Creches are actually closed, the respondent-State Government must continue to pay the minimum amount as directed by this court vide order dated 10th September, 2014. This Court is of the view that the argument advanced by Mr.Saharya is fair and reasonable. Accordingly, till the Creches are closed, the petitioners shall continue to be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.4,000/- every month. The respondent-State Government shall also continue to provide the facilities which are being been provided today to the Creches till the date of closure.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition and the applications are disposed of.
