% 24.02.2016 CONT.CAS(C) 426/2013 & CM No.6907/2016 The parties have amicably resolved the matter and have placed the settlement along with CM No.6907/2016.

The settlement between the parties recorded in the settlement deed dated 18th February, 2016 is taken on record. Undertaking of the respondents in the settlement deed dated 18th February, 2016 is accepted. The respondent has handed over a demand draft for Rs.3,50,000/- and two post dated cheques dated 18th March, 2016 and 18th April, 2016 for Rs.3,5,000/- each to the learned counsel for the petitioner in terms of the settlement. CM No.6907/2016 is allowed and CONT.CAS(C) 426/2013 is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition in the event of dishonour of the post dated cheques.
