The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, for a direction upon the respondent to decide his representation dated 05.09.2024 in a time bound manner. By way of the said representation, the petitioner has raised a query with regard to the requirement for installing a transformer for release of an electricity connection in his premises [C-204, 204A, Chattarpur Extn., New Delhi110074]. 2.

Mr. Sharique Hussain, learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, states that the representation will be disposed of within two weeks from today.
