The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition if the cause of action so arises. He states that in case there is any grievance regarding the manner in which the election is conducted by the Administrator, the petitioner's right to avail the remedies must be preserved. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
