The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 21.04.2025 and 05.05.2025 passed by this Court. 2.

Mr. Satvik Verma, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner invites attention to the order dated 21.04.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 4972/2025, particularly to para 10 thereof, to contend that this Court had stayed the operation of the impugned orders dated 04.04.2024 and 09.04.2025, till the next date of hearing.

He submits that despite the said order having been passed by this Court, the respondent/CBSE has denied access to the petitioner/school to Oasis Portal as well as Harkara portal.

Apart from that, the petitioner has also not been permitted to submit LOC to the CBSE for Class X and Class XII. Likewise, the petitioner has not been allowed to register its students for Class IX and Class XI. In view of the above, issue notice.

Ms. Seema Dolo, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/school accepts notice. On instructions, she submits that the respondent/school will be allowed to submit LOC for Class X and Class XII and register its students of Class IX and Class XI. The statement is taken on record and the respondent shall remain bound by the same. 7.

It is further directed that since the operation of the impugned orders have been stayed, the petitioner shall be permitted to have access to Oasis portal and Harkara portal.

In view of the above, Mr. Satvik Verma submits that he is not pressing the present contempt petition any further. 9.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms. 10.

Copy of this order be given dasti with the signature of the Court master.
