% 01.08.2016 Learned counsel for the parties, on instructions, submit that in view of the Mediated Settlement of 3rd May, 2016 arrived at Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, the contempt proceedings have to be dropped and these appeals are to be withdrawn. With the consent of learned counsel for parties, these four appeals are taken up for hearing and are being disposed of in terms of the Mediated Settlement of 3rd May, 2016.

In view of the aforesaid stand in these four appeals, it is ordered that in terms of the aforesaid Mediated Settlement of 3rd May, 2016, the contempt proceedings (which will include the pending contempt FAOs 35, 116-118 of 2016

proceedings qua appellant also in the present four appeals) stand dropped and these four appeals and the pending applications are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
