Since the matter is now stated to be listed before the tribunal for hearing on 11th December, 2024, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with the direction to the DRAT to decide the respondent no.1's appeal as expeditiously as possibly preferably within three months from the next date of hearing.

4.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
