Learned counsel for the parties stated in unison that the connected matters being WP(C) Nos.845/2017, 2092-93/2018, 2096/2018, 2099/2018, 2100/2018 & 2109/2018 were listed before this Court yesterday and have been disposed of on recording the statement made by the counsels for the respondent/CAPF, therein that they shall release the benefits of the ACP Scheme to those entitled in the forces, in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that even in the present case, the amounts due and payable to the petitioner under the ACP Scheme, shall be released in his favour within four weeks. WP(C) No.2092/2018 Page No.1 of 2
