% 05.10.2018 O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 102/2018 & I.A. No.12767/2018 Learned counsel for the parties inform me that an Arbitrator has been appointed in the matter by the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

In these circumstances, the captioned petition and the application are placed before the learned Arbitrator for passing appropriate orders.

The interim order dated 06.03.2018 passed by this Court shall continue to operate till such time the captioned petition i.e. OMP (I) (Comm.) 102/2018 is heard and disposed of by the learned Arbitrator. The learned Arbitrator will have the liberty to confirm or modify or even vacate the interim order passed by this Court after hearing O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 102/2018

parties in support of their respective stands. The petition and the application are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The learned Arbitrator will treat the captioned petition and the application as actions filed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. On request being made, the learned Arbitrator may consider expediting the hearing in the petition and/or the application.
