% 10.03.2025 Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging therein inter alia that the respondent no. 1 had wrongly rejected the income certificate being furnished by the petitioner on technical grounds. It is an admitted case that the present petition was pertaining to the academic year 2024-25 for admission in Nursery class under the EWS category. The academic year 2024-25 has already been completed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has again applied for the EWS category.

In the circumstances, the Court considers that the present petition has become infructuous.
