The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:

(1) Quash the Impugned Order/ Decision/MoM dated 18.03.2024 and 15.04.2024 passed by the MA Committee and Board of Studies of the Respondent University; and

(2) Direct the Respondent University to consider the 12 credits earned during exchange semester at Seoul National University, Republic of Korea as the Petitioner's fourth Semester Credits; and

(3) Direct the Respondent University to prepare his fourth Semester Marksheet (Winter Session, 2023) based on the Credits earned at SNU.

that the present petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to treat the present writ petition as a fresh representation and to dispose of the same with the speaking order.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent university to treat the writ petition as fresh representation and consider the same sympathetically bearing in mind that any adverse view taken by the respondent will prejudice the career of the petitioner. The University will pass a speaking order within a period of four weeks from today and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as his counsel within one week thereafter. 4.

The University is at liberty to constitute the Committee as per the norms, as well as, the University Ordinance for considering the petitioner's representation as referred to herein above.

Likewise, the petitioner is also at liberty to approach the Court, if so advised, in case the University decides against him. 6.
