Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2.

In terms of order dated 28.10.2024, respondent-University has produced the answer script of the petitioner and the same has been perused by the Court.

The Court finds that the petitioner has attempted five questions and against each question, marks have been assigned by the examiner. The assigned marks have been calculated by the examiner and accordingly, total 25 marks have been given out of 100 marks.

The Court does not find any apparent error in the calculation and accordingly, no interference is called for.
