At the outset, respective counsel for the parties submits that a settlement agreement dated 24.09.2025 has been arrived at between the parties.

In light thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not seek to press the present petition. Accordingly, the present application has been filed seeking withdrawal of present writ petition. 3.

It is pointed out that the withdrawal itself is in terms of the relevant stipulations of the settlement agreement and a communication in this regard issued by the respondent no.1/Union of India, which is annexed alongwith the present application as Annexure A-1 thereof. 4.
