The case has been placed before the Court by the Joint Registrar, who has recorded in the order dated 30.5.2016 that the case has been received back from the Dwarka Courts as it does not pertain to the said District and falls under the jurisdiction of Patiala House Courts. 2.

Accordingly, in view of the Notification No.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, issued under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present suit is transferred to the Court of the District Judge, Patiala House Court Complex for further proceedings before the competent court on 1st September, 2016.

As none is present for the plaintiff and the defendants, the competent court shall issue a notice of default to the counsels for the parties as also the parties for their presence.
