The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition in view of the decision of this court in T.K.S. Builders Pvt. Ltd. v. Income Tax Officer Ward 25 (3) New Delhi, 2024:DHC:8330-DB.

We, however, reserve the right of the petitioner to raise all other issues before the Assessing Officer. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Pending application is also disposed of.
