The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking release of the balance amount of Fixed Deposit Receipt with up to date interest to the Appellant, in terms of the Mediated Settlement dated 25.08.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal, which is not opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondent.

Accordingly, the present Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

In view of no objection from the learned counsel for the Respondent, the Appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 2,61,284/- along with accrued interest.
