Having heard the respective counsels for some time, a statement came from Ms. Urvi Mohan, the counsel appearing for the respondent-Registrar of Cooperative Societies, that the petitioner shall be heard on 22nd December 2025 and it shall be open for the petitioner to appear on said date at 11 am, along with the written notes of arguments and all the relevant documents. It is further informed that within three weeks thereafter, a reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. 2.

In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition.

If the order is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach afresh or to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible and available in law.
