Mr. Gaurav Arora, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition. 2.

Mr. Anuj Kapoor, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/NCTE submits that the recognition granted to the petitioner for the PTC course was withdrawn by the WRC vide its order dated 02.12.2013 and such withdrawal order was passed on the request of the petitioner itself.

He submits that the said fact has been suppressed from the Court in the present petition, and the petition has been filed giving an impression as if the recognition was withdrawn on account of non-submission of PAR. 4.

It has not been disputed that the recognition of the petitioners was withdrawn by the WRC on 02.12.2013.

Mr. Arora, however, contends that the petitioner was not having knowledge of the withdrawal order. This Court is not convinced with submission of the petitioners that they were not aware about the withdrawal order, since withdrawal was passed on the request of the petitioners itself. 6.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the submissions made by Mr. Anuj Kapoor noted herein above, the petitioner is directed to deposit cost of Rs. 20,000/- in the "Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Fund".

Interim order dated 26.09.2025 qua the present petition also stands vacated.

Registry is directed to list the matter if the cost is not deposited within a period of one week.
