Pursuant to the previous order dated 05th November, 2024, an updated nominal roll has been placed on record by the Jail Superintendent along with status report.

In paragraph 5 of the said status report it is recorded that the petitioner was released on furlough on 09th February, 2024 and 11th July, 2024, furnishing cash surety of Rs. 10,000/- along with personal bond of like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. This was in consonance with the orders of furlough dated 05th February, 2024 and 05th July, 2024. 3.
Petitioner has already undergone sentence as on 5th November 2024 for 14 years, 05 months and 05 days as per the status report. 4.
The parole has been sought for the purpose of marriage of petitioner's daughter and the booking of marriage venue is in Ghaziabad, U.P., which The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

From the nominal roll it is also evident that petitioner has been granted parole and furlough on various occasions since 2015 onwards and has not misused the liberty, except on one occasion in the year 2024, when there was a late surrender of 05 days.

Accordingly, petitioner is enlarged on parole in FIR No. 66/2010 registered at P.S. Harsh Vihar under Section 302 IPC, for a period of 04 weeks from the date of release subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to the following conditions:- i.
During the period the petitioner remains out on parole, the petitioner shall stay at his declared residence at Mandoli Extension, Delhi and shall report through video call to the SHO, Police Station-Harsh Vihar, Delhi on every Saturday at 5 p.m.
ii.
The petitioner shall also provide the SHO, Police Station- Harsh Vihar, Delhi with mobile telephone number which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not switch off or change the mobile number without prior intimation to the SHO concerned. iii.
The petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with the complainant/victim or any member of the complainant/victim's family or tamper with the evidence of the case.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the jail authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.
