By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following prayers:- "(a) issue a writ of MANDAMUS of like nature to the respondent no.1 to provide an appropriate combat level police protection to the petitioner for safeguarding the fundamental right of the petitioner, for which this Hon'ble High Court has power under Article 226, and monitor this case closely while the respondent no.1 works on it, (b) issue a writ of MANDAMUS of like nature to the respondent no.1 to take actions on the above complaints lodged by the Petitioner against the Respondents no. 2 to 4." 2.

Issue notice.

Learned ASC (Crl.) for the State accepts notice and submits that there is an underlying matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife.
