The present writ petition has been filed for directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 3, to stop the unauthorized construction being undertaken by respondent nos. 4 to 6 at Plot No. 1, 4, 5 and 6, situated in front of Plot No. 893(A), Ward No. 8, Kimaya Garden, Opp. Multan Dharamshala, Mehrauli, New Delhi.

Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that the plots, which are the subject matter of the present writ petition, have already been booked and requisite action is being taken by the MCD.

He submits that Plot No. 1 was booked on 04th September, 2025 and requisite action shall be taken after following the due procedure. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Further, Plot Nos. 4, 5 and 6 were booked on 13th February, 2025. He submits that on the said plots, action for demolition was taken by the MCD on 11th April, 2025, 23rd May, 2025, 29th July, 2025, 01st September, 2025 and 23rd September, 2025.

He further submits that with respect to the Plot Nos. 7 and 8, the same th April, 2025. Additionally, the demolition action was were booked on 07 taken qua Plot Nos. 7 and 8 on 16th May, 2025, 29th July, 2025, 12th August, 2025 and 08th September, 2025.

He further submits that Plot No. 9 was booked on 04 September, 2025 and requisite action shall be taken after following the due procedure. 7.
Learned counsel for the MCD further submits that the Plot Nos. 13, rd March, 2025. He submits that qua Plot Nos. 14 and 15 were booked on 03 13, 14 and 15, demolition action was taken on 22nd April, 2025, 28th April, 2025, 29th July, 2025, 12th August, 2025 and 08th September, 2025.

Noting the aforesaid, it is clear that the MCD has already taken cognizance of the unauthorized construction existing in the aforesaid plots and requisite action is also being taken.

The MCD is accordingly held bound to take requisite action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question, in accordance with law.

In case, any of the parties is aggrieved by any action or non-action on the part of the MCD, their right to seek remedies in accordance with law, is reserved.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 3-Station House Officer ("SHO"), Police Station-Mehrauli, submits that respondent no. 3 shall give due assistance to the MCD, as and when, the requisite action is taken by the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The aforesaid statement is taken note of and the SHO, Police StationMehrauli is held bound to give due assistance to the MCD, as and when, such assistance is requisitioned.
