This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 17.09.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in O.A. No. 2660/2025, titled Gaya Prasad v. Department of Telecommunication by which the learned Tribunal has, in fact, listed the O.A. for final hearing on 08.10.2025.

The petitioner, who appears in person, submits that as the interim prayer in the O.A was for release of the salary and other dues The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to the petitioner, the learned Tribunal has erred in not considering the same.
