The present Writ Petition is preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of Writ, Order or Directions to prevent alleged further violations of the confidentiality of the Petitioner under the Lokpal Act.

The matter is pending before the Lokpal of India. 3.

Through this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"A. Issue writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or any direction directing Respondent No 1 i.e. the Hon'ble Lokpal, to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. initiate appropriate proceedings against the Complainant by issuing a show cause notice upon him for deliberate and malicious breach of the confidentiality obligations in terms of the provisions of the Lokpal Act and the specific directions of the Hon'ble Lokpal to the Complainant to maintain confidentiality; and B. Issue writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or any direction directing Respondent No 1 i.e. the Hon'ble Lokpal, to withdraw the notice issued to the Complainant vide Order dated 15 September 2025 and 19 September 2025 and rescind the opportunity of hearing provided to the Complainant in the hearing scheduled on 6 October 2025.

C. Pass any other order that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice and in the facts and circumstances of this case." 4.

In substance, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Complainant is guilty of leaking information which breaches confidentiality and prays that this Court should direct the Lokpal not to hear the Complainant.

This Court has considered the submissions. At this stage, it would not be appropriate to pass any order. The Petitioner may, if so advised, request the Lokpal in this regard.

With the aforesaid directions, the present Appeal is disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
