The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction restraining R1 and other state bodies under R2/ R3 from harassing, detaining, or deporting the Petitioner except in accordance with due process of law (which is just, fair, and reasonable). (b) Direct the respondents to disclose any FIR, complaint, or case registered against the Petitioner and to provide him a reasonable opportunity to respond.

(c) Direct the respondents to refrain from taking any coercive steps - including physical detention or deportation - against the Petitioner without seeking permission from this Court."

The petitioner apprehends that his human rights will be violated.

inquires. He submits that no coercive steps will be taken against the petitioner and he will only be subjected to the routine inquiry. 4.

He further assures that no human rights will be violated and all action that are taken or will be taken would be in accordance with law.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed at this stage.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future.
