% 16.01.2018 C.M.No. 47193/2017 This application seeks disposal of the appeal in terms of the settlement agreement dated 06.11.2017. It is supported by the affidavits of appellant Mr. Ajay Bansal and the contesting respondent Mr. Vijay Kumar Bansal. It has been signed by them as well as by their respective counsel. The said parties are present in the Court and have been duly identified by their counsels. Proofs of their identity have been taken on record. They state that they shall abide by the terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. Their undertaking is taken on record. Since the parties have voluntarily settled the lis, nothing survives in the matter. The application is allowed.

The application stands disposed off.

FAO 151/2017 In view of the order passed in the aforesaid application, the appeal is disposed off as having been settled.
